These terms apply to your use of www.skybirdai.com (the “website”), run by Skybird.AI, LLC (“Skybird.AI”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
Our privacy notice explains how we handle information on the website, and our disclaimer explains the limits of the information we publish. Both are part of these terms.
Our products have their own terms
This website describes our products. It isn’t where you use them. GradAssist, Skylark, Birdbrain, Eagle Nest, Homeschool Hero, Power Administrator and Altair each run on their own sites or apps, and your use of a product is governed by the terms and policies you accept when you sign up for it, download it, or join a pilot or private test. If those terms conflict with these, the product’s terms win for that product.

Using the website
You may browse, read and share links to the website for any lawful purpose. Please don’t:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it, while using the website;
- try to get into parts of the website, the server or our systems that aren’t meant to be public;
- interfere with the website, for example by uploading malicious code, overloading it, or crawling it at a rate that affects other visitors;
- use the contact form to send spam, advertising, or content that is abusive or unlawful;
- pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection with a person, school or company.
We may block access to the website for anyone who breaks these rules.

We work to keep the website accurate, but products change. Features, availability, plans and prices can change without notice, and some products are in private testing, early access or beta. Prices are shown in US dollars. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout or in the App Store when you buy.
Product screens on the website use fictional sample data and may be simplified illustrations of the real product. Our product videos show each product as it was when the video was made. See the disclaimer for more.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, videos, product illustrations, logos and the names Skybird.AI, GradAssist, Skylark, Birdbrain, Eagle Nest, Homeschool Hero, Power Administrator and Altair, belong to Skybird.AI, LLC or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

When you contact us, you are responsible for what you send. Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information, such as student records, through the contact form or by email.

The website links to other sites, such as our product apps and demos, the App Store, and YouTube, where our product videos are published. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the website, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Skybird.AI and its owners, officers and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content.
Using the website is free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places don’t allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Responsibility for misuse
If you misuse the website or break these terms, you agree to be responsible for the resulting claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) brought against Skybird.AI, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
